Using fresh ingredients from the market and local sources I will show you how to cook a selection of French classics: quiche, filet mignon de porc, chevre toasts, and even steak frites with café de paris sauce!
And for desserts: moelleux au chocolat (with a gooey centre), meringues, apple tart, and a mouthwatering lemon cake
Two-hour lessons take place in small groups, in English, in my kitchen here in Fontainebleau, in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.
All equipment and materials / ingredients are provided, and you will be able to take away a full three-course meal to share at home.
